Account & data deletion

Spenza users can delete their account and associated app data from inside the app:

1. Open Spenza.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → App Lock & Security.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

This starts Spenza's server-side deletion workflow for the user's account, workspace data, financial records, app storage objects, and authentication account where deletion is legally and technically available.

If you cannot access the app, request deletion by emailing z1esco@s-penza.app with the subject:

Use the email address linked to your Spenza account. Spenza may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Some limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, tax, or legal compliance.
